Crystal Palace Local

The owner of this salon is not keeping the place up to standard. The two main women who work here are excellent - I think they are called Magda and Maria from memory but the owner doesn't care that the beds that you lay on for massage and facials etc are literally falling apart and extremely uncomfortable. One of them actually tilts downwards and you feel like you are going to fall off. They are very old, lumpy and bumpy and after a recent massage here I felt worse due to the lack of comfort and support these ropey beds provide. Considering the West End prices that you pay I feel it is unacceptable. The toilet is also desperate for an update and some loving care - just simple things that would make the experience far more enjoyable. I think the owner just wants to take all the money and not put anything back in to the salon. Extremely sad as I used to enjoy visiting this salon but standards are dropping.

Rude staff. Poor treatments.

This was my first ever massage and I went for a full body deep tissue with a 15min facial. What a wonderful experience!

The salon is lovely, intimate and clean. The receptionist was really chatty and friendly. My therapist was a lovely lady who explained everything and did a wonderful job. I've never felt so relaxed in my entire life and every muscle benefited from the attention. No more sore back for me this week!

I'm definitely going back for more!

I had to write a review for this wonderful salon. Had the best massage last week, after a friend, who has been going there for 18 years, brought me a Gift Voucher.
Upon arrival I was greeted with by a friendly receptionist, who offered me a herbal tea, and then was lead, by a wonderful therapist into a beautiful room, complete with fire place, for one of the best massages, with scented organic oils.
This salon exudes professionalism, and customer care. A Gem of A place. Crystal Palace how lucky are you?
