I offer nutritional therapy, massage and organic skincare products with a focus on preconception, pregnancy and parenthood.
I have specific training in pregnancy massage and offer a treatment which is safe, comfortable and relaxing. Organic oils specially blended for pregnancy are used and the massage is tailored to addresses muscular aches and pains, oedema and anxiety as needed.
I also offer regular workshops and classes in baby massage, weaning, nutrition with exercise for pregnancy and new mums as well as individual nutritional consultations.
My treatment room is a peaceful and relaxing space and there is plenty of free parking available outside.

Jayne has given me several massages over the last few months and I am overdue for another. I have a back problem and over the years I have seen many practitioners. Jayne is far the best treatment I have received. Very effective and relaxing.
