Butcher and Fishmonger?
Would anyone in the local area appreciate a butcher or fishmonger on the triangle? I would...I'm tired of buying poor quality meat and fish from sainsbury's. Would people be happy to pay more for good quality meat and fish?

the mince meat from supermarket is pink on the outside and brown in the middle. this is where old meat is rolled in fresh meat packaged and sold as fresh, !!!!!!!
Surely between the local groups, Chamber of Commerce and councils someone must be able to attract these businesses to the area.
I’m sure any of these types of businesses would do a roaring trade. It’s not as if there aren’t any vacant shops to fill.
