Everyone with an interest in gardening is invited to come along to this event. It is your chance to ask the experts how to cope with difficult plants, how to grow the biggest vegetables, how to get the best from your garden, allotment or balcony flowers and any other gardening questions you need to ask.
The 4 panellists are:
- Jim Buttress, chair of RHS Britain in Bloom
- Roger Cocks, owner of The Secret Garden, Crystal Palace
- Jack Dudley Swale, Spa Hill Allotment Association
- Michael Leapman, gardening author and columnist
Tuesday 18th May 2010
6.30-7.15pm 1st session
7.45-8.30pm 2nd session
All are welcome for both sessions
at Upper Norwood Joint Library
This is a free event so why not bring a friend and come for the whole evening to hear all the questions answered. To give the panel time to research your answers, please give us your question(s) in advance when booking your seat either in person at the library or by phone as soon as possible. There will be a half hour interval with free light refreshments and Michael Leapman’s book will be available to buy and have signed.
During the evening you will be given a set of seeds from the BBC Dig In scheme.
