Visit the Upper Norwood Joint Library at Crystal Palace.
Britain’s only independent, jointly funded public library is 110 years old next year [2010]. Look out for a series of special events to celebrate our anniversary from next summer [2010]. A fantastic local library, well run and always has great events, especially for the children. Plus a comprehensive reference library with free internet access.
