Bromley's housing initiatives team will be giving advice and information to landlords considering letting properties through the council’s private rented schemes.

There will be presentations on proposed changes to Bromley's deposit guarantee bond scheme, the 'Green Deal' and the impact on landlords and tenants and changes to housing benefit. The annual event, designed to improve how the council works with landlords starts at 6pm.
