The Red Cross can be there – ensuring that people get help in times of crisis whoever and wherever they are.
Red Cross Appeal Week is the organisation’s annual UK wide push to raise the funds it needs to carry out its work at home and abroad.
This year, Appeal Week runs from May 2 – May 8 and for the first time the Red Cross has produced a music video to spearhead its national campaign
Simon Reid and Louise Stanners were commissioned, as two of Scotland’s brightest young talents, to compose the song for the video which can be bought , seen and heard at http://www.redcrossappealweek.org.uk/case-studies/51/99/News-Download-our-song.html
The video centres on a busker performing in front of a projected backdrop which showcases the huge variety of work carried out by the Red Cross at home and abroad.
