If you would like to create an event for Crystal Palace and the surrounding area just sign in and hit the 'add your event' button.

You will then be able to add, edit and re-edit your venues and events as often as you like.

Once you do this it will automatically be added to the Monday Mailout. This is a simple weekly bulletin that gets sent to all users in the CPL database and will hopefully get locals to your door on the night.

Does my event have to take place in the Crystal Palace area?

If you think it may be reachable by public or private transport from the Palace, please post it up. If you have a jumble sale in Swansea maybe pass this time but if it's easy to get to we like to promote events in and around the Crystal Palace area, all the way up to town or out to Croydon.

What can or can't I post as an event?

You can:

• Post any events that may take place in or around the area i.e. Pub quizzes, discos, art exhibitions.
• Regular or recurring events i.e. Salsa Dancing every week at...

You can't:

• Post your opening ours i.e. Dave's Pie Shop, open everyday! until the end of time.
• Events that run for longer than 2 weeks i.e. 'Closing Down Sale' from June to December.

Apart from that, anything goes. And remember! Keep it clean, and you'll get seen.
